The EMP 4 EMS is an Emergency Medical Profile Car Seat ID.

Designed by Paramedics for Paramedics, the EMP 4 EMS car seat ID speaks on the parent’s behalf in the event that they are unable to do so, following an automobile accident. The profile card attaches to the car seat or booster seat and provides space for parents to fill in the child's name, alternative emergency contacts, pertinent medical information and medical release authorization for medical personnel. EMP 4 EMS window stickers are included to alert paramedics that you are a participant of the program.

Each EMP 4 EMS kit contains an emergency profile card, plastic sleeve and Velcro® adhesive to attach the product to the car seat and 2 window stickers to alert on scene Paramedics that you are a participant of the program.

During those first critical minutes when Paramedics arrive at an accident they will not have time to look through diaper bags or personal belongings for possible contact or medical information. The purpose of this window sticker program is to let Paramedics know that the back of the car seat is equipped with this new important child safety product. In the event that the child and parent are taken to two separate hospital locations, the EMP 4 EMS kit will be handed off to emergency room staff.
